Biden’s democracy is a war on Americans

When Joe Biden took office in 2020, he promised to be the president of all Americans. As he kicked off his campaign at Valley Forge, Pa, he attacked some 75 million Americans, characterizing them as extremists. His speech ranted against Donald Trump and those who voted for him. He accused Trump and his supporters of being threats to democracy. There was nothing about his policies. Nothing about border security, inflation, or how he is going to relieve the financial pain Americans are suffering from his leftist policies. Nothing about national security. All about how Trump and those who voted for him are insurrectionists. He insinuated that those who voted for Trump were not Americans.

Biden is also saying that he is democracy. Biden said, “Democracy means having the freedom to speak your mind, to be who you are, to be who you want to be. Democracy is about being able to bring about peaceful change.” He and his party, however, have spent the last three years trying to undermine elections by removing Trump and others as candidates through weaponizing the court system and using democrat-appointed judges and political hacks as well as leftists in the administration. They have censored Americans who dissented against government mandates of forced vaccinations, forced business and school closings, and characterized parents as terrorists when they stood up against child predation by sexual anarchists in public schools. And they characterize violence and crime in our cities as “peaceful protests.”

The speech was shrill about Biden’s version of democracy. Something not lost on Commentator Jonathan Turley writing for The Hill, who pointed out “Biden spoke of how Democrats are fighting to protect the “right to vote.” Democratic activists and officials across the country are seeking to remove Trump from the ballot even though he is the most popular choice for the presidency right now. In fact, dozens of Democratic officials have sought to remove 126 Republicans from Congress on the same basis. Even as Biden was telling citizens to vote Democrat to preserve democracy, a Democratic activist was seeking to remove a GOP congressman from the ballot in a nearby Pennsylvania district.” Biden’s form of democracy wars against anyone who opposes his Marxist vision of America.

His speech at Valley Forge often invoked George Washington—who by the way was considered an insurrectionist by King George, and would be repulsed by most everything Biden and his party advocate. In referring to Trump and his supporters, Biden said, “This is like something out of a fairy tale, a bad fairy tale.” In reality, those words characterized not only Biden’s speech, but also his entire term in the White House. His accusations are exactly his own deeds. Herein we have a Romans 2:1 example of the one who accuses, condemns himself, “for he does the same.” Romans 2:3 asks, “And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?” Perhaps democracy doesn’t mean what Biden thinks. We certainly need prayer for our nation.
