Stupidocrisy: Education’s war on parents

Images last month of parents being dragged out of school board meetings in Virginia and Texas for simply questioning school board policies that enabled rape, sexually explicit books in school libraries, the teaching of the revisionist history Critical Race Theory, vaccine and mask mandates, and the grooming of grade school students by LGBTQ+ activists were not enough to continue the war on parents by the National Education Association and its close allies. Now, an NEA board member and teacher in the General McLane School District of Erie County, PA, has posted that those claiming a religious exemption to avoid COVID shots deserve to lose their jobs, get sick, and die. The NEA’s silence on this reveals much.

Mollie Mumau, identifying as an Educator, Union Advocate, Semi-pro Wine Drinker, LGBTQ+ ally, and Team Pfizer, wrote: “Screw this guy and screw them all who are all about hiding behind religious exemptions because they don’t want anybody to tell them what to do. People tell you what to do all the time, and you do it. This is such BS. He and his ilk deserve whatever comes their way, including losing jobs, getting sick, and perhaps dying from this virus. But in the meantime, he’s going to put all the people around him in danger. I don’t know why the GOP doesn’t just take those guns they profess to love so much and just start shooting all of their constituents who think this way. It would be quicker and ultimately safer than putting me and my friends and family at risk.” Since, she and her post have disappeared. A screenshot has been reported.

The General McLane School District website states: “The district is aware of a potentially inappropriate social media comment by a staff member. The district will investigate the matter and act accordingly. In all situations, the district’s utmost concern is the safety of our students and staff.” According to ABC27 in Harrisburg, PA, “An initial update from the district claims that the teacher involved was not in class either Monday or Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon, that sentence had been removed from the district website.” Listed as an NEA Board member in the 2020-2021 NEA Handbook, there is no mention of Mumau on neither the NEA nor its Pennsylvania affiliate websites. According to news reports, the websites scrubbed her name after the hateful post. In short, Mumau has been “canceled” without comment from the organizations.

Yes, many, if not most, teachers are dedicated to their craft. But this incident shows clearly where the teachers’ union aligns with the National Association of School Boards, who requested the Biden Administration to designate dissenting parents as domestic terrorists, which Biden happily accommodated. Notice the media response. The school district said it was aware of a “potentially inappropriate media comment.” The NEA and the PSEA refused comment and have removed any mention of Mumau from their websites. None of them denounced what was said at all. Proverbs 10:18 says, “He that hides hatred with lying lips, and he that utters a slander, is a fool.” These people promote hate and teach our children to hate as disguised in lofty ideals. In doing so, these fools are waging war on the parents who pay them. Say it with me…Stupidocracy.
