Five and a half hours on the PA Turnpike demands a mercy stop. Found it at Hillbilly’s Grub & Pub near Donegal. Bison, elk, boar, wagyu burger, pour-your-own taps, and a service dog negotiating for fries. Worth every mile off the exit. Some roadside stops fuel the RV. Some reset the soul. Hillbilly’s did both. Friendly people, winter décor, stories on the walls, and then back to the highway. Halfway stops matter more than we admit.
