Sweet Run State Park was the hidden gem we didn’t know we needed. Fall colors, 13 miles of easy to rugged trails, a pioneer cabin in the woods, and Service Dog Charlie making friends at every turn. Even the “great stream-crossing drama” was worth the detour. Sometimes the best days start with a gravel road and ten bucks in an envelope.
