Several media outlets report there are about 28 judges who are trying to kill the Trump agenda, ranging from DEI to illegal immigrants/criminals to transgenderism to Department of Government Efficiency efforts, to birthright citizenship. A Daily Jot analysis of those judges finds that former president Joe Biden appointed 13, Barack Obama 9, Bill Clinton 2, George W Bush 2 and Ronald Reagan 2. The Bush and Reagan appointees seemed more interested in the Constitutionality of birthright citizenship. The rest of the appointees were halting actions that were aimed against the extremist liberal agenda of Biden and Obama. These unelected oligarchs are trying to rebel against the elected will of the people.
Newsweek reported on March 19 that Trump had issued 89 executive orders since January to implement his agenda. Newsweek listed the names of the judges who halted his agenda and where they presided, but not who appointed them. The real story is who appointed them and where they preside. It tells us their political loyalties and exactly where Democrats resisting the Trump agenda file their court cases. Of those 28 judges, 11 cases were filed in the US District Court in Washington, DC; 6 in the US District Court in Maryland; and 10 in California, Washington, New York, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. This clearly demonstrates where Democratic Party operatives know they will get a positive response from the judicial system. And they shop their cases to the most sympathetic judge.
Fox News Channel’s Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures” discussed Federal Judge James Boasberg (Washington, DC), saying, “So this judge has gotten four cases against the White House., coincidence?” Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow responded, “Marlow said, “Of course not. It’s not a coincidence, Maria, what’s going on is judge shopping. This is a practice that’s been in play since 1988 when Congress changed laws so that you don’t have to have any connection to the jurisdiction where you’re filing cases. The Democrats have figured this out, their lawfare machine which is very well funded, very well organized, and they’re targeting specific judges to try to have a judicial coup against the President of the United States.”
In 1988, Democrats controlled the House of Representatives 258 seats to the Republicans’ 177 seats. The Senate also was controlled by the Democrats by a 55 to 45 margin. No doubt, the 1988 legislation to reduce the Supreme Court’s appellate workload had a collateral benefit for the Democratic Party to game the system. And as Marlow states: “They’re targeting these judges and it’s blocking just about every element of the agenda from what DOGE is doing…This is truly a national disgrace.” As Isaiah 10:1-d says, “Woe to those who enact unjust statutes and issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of fair treatment and withhold justice from the oppressed of My people, to make widows their prey and orphans their plunder.” These unelected judges are thwarting the elected will of the people. Who’s the threat to the Republic?
